These Terms govern your use of mgrprosnetwork.com and related services ("Service"), operated by MGR Integrated Digital ("MGR", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. What we do

MGR Pros Network is a referral service that connects homeowners and property managers with independent home service professionals. MGR does not perform any home services, is not a contractor, and does not employ, supervise or control the professionals.

2. Homeowners

  • Submitting a request is free. Any price, schedule, warranty and work performed are agreed directly between you and the professional.
  • You are responsible for checking a professional's license, insurance and references before hiring.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and to be authorized to request work at the property.

3. Service professionals

  • You must hold all licenses, permits and insurance required for your trade and area, and comply with all applicable laws.
  • Leads are sold at the price shown when you accept an offer. Lead fees are non-refundable except as stated in writing by MGR.
  • You may use customer information only to respond to that customer's request, and must honor opt-out requests.
  • We may suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms or receive repeated complaints.

4. Communications

By submitting a request you agree to be contacted as described in the consent you gave, including calls and text messages that may use automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out.

5. Acceptable use

You may not submit false requests, misuse other people's information, interfere with the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee the availability, quality, timeliness or results of any professional's work, or that a match will be found.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MGR is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any dispute, injury, loss or damage arising from work performed by a professional. MGR's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid MGR in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the new Terms.
